Delicious Soul food! - Edit
Finally got to try Sprouting Dreams through their food truck at Dayton Vegfest. They only had two menu items - hot dreams Mac and chicken tenders - but both were so tasty! The Mac bowl was so flavorful with truffle Mac, Chipotle ranch, slaw, and Nashville hot honey chicken. So tasty! Her chicken was also very good - a softer texture than most and had a little spiciness in the breading. Highly recommend

Awesome black owned business - Edit
Sprouting Dreams is awesome. She has the best Mac N Cheese I've ever had. I love it when they come down for popups. The food truck is run by two women (mom and daughter), and because there is only one person doing all the cooking, wait times can be a little long, but it's not fast food and it's worth it. They're known for they awesome vegan chicken, and they are really allergy friendly. They have great sauces, like a vegan hot honee and some really unique flavors. They are so incredibly hard working and a great business to support.

I absolutely love Sprouting Dreams! We have loved every chick’n entree we’ve gotten. You can tell the chick’n is made with real ingredients and it tastes delicious! Best vegan chick’n by far. Can’t wait to try more! Highly recommend checking them out at their events! Check their social media for upcoming events.

Sprouting Dreams is vegan food like you’ve never had before - delicious soul food made with love you can taste in every bite. We were simply BLOWN AWAY by how delicious everything was! We tried the Mac Bowl (Crispy BBQ Chick’n, garlicky greens, truffle mac n’ cheese, say whaaaa??!) and it was literally heaven. The sandwiches were amazing too- perfectly flavored, perfect textures. The chef, Da’Ves, is so incredibly talented. Please go out and support this lovely human and her amazing business!!

Delicious Vegan Meals - Edit
Sprouting Dreams meals are absolutely delicious! And the prices are good too. We have been buying their meal prep packages and we love them. The servings are for 2-4 and it's a lot of food! My husband (who's a big guy) and I ate the meals for dinner and we both had leftovers for lunch the next day. The smoked jackfruit, cornbread and collards greens was our favorite! We also loved the chick'n biscuit meal (see pic). We can't wait to try all of her dishes. She has upcoming casseroles and Thanksgiving meals that we have already pre-ordered. The meals are flavorful, nutritious, filling and most importantly VEGAN!

Best Spot in Dayton - Edit
Wherever the Sprouting Dreams food truck is open in Dayton, know that that is the best place you could be getting food from! I've had Spouting Dreams a few times and have experienced multiple menu variations and themes and each were amazing. The sea food theme though was over the top incredible. 10/10 recommend you go check them out.
