This was my favorite food cart to visit when I worked downtown in ‘18 & ‘19. It’s since relocated to a new food cart pod. Today there was a line and a 15-20 minute wait for food, but as always, this food was worth standing around for. Freshly made noodles, flash-boiled and stir fried with tofu and a spicy red sauce, topped with fresh veggies. Huge portion, served steaming (even on an 80 degree day) with the box open. The outside world can disappear once you begin to eat these noodles… be careful otherwise you will eat them all. Highly recommended.
Noodles were top notch but it was quite spicy for ordering medium and would've benefitted from a bit more soy, a bit more veg. Still the noodles and tofu were very good and I would like to return someday.
