Tasty Cookies (GF Options Too!)

I have had Sugar Kiln cookies a few times around San Diego (Liberty Public Market at a coffee shop, TNT pizza, and Gelato Vero). All three times, I had their mazapán cookie, and it is so delicious. Soft, chewy, and very tasty. Usually, I'm not too fond of mazapán either, so every time I try it again, I am pleasantly surprised.

They often have three vegan options. Recently, the mazapán as been the vegan option, while two other flavors (chocolate & peanut butter chocolate) have been vegan & gluten-free. If you can find their cookies (their website offers more information), they are worth a try!
