The best and biggest Japanese / oriental mart in Mexico City - Edit
This place is not completely vegan but it’s a great place to get some otherwise difficult to get or expensive items for people that love Japanese / oriental cuisine. The variety on stuff like mushrooms, algae, soy products and short grain rice is great and they even sell vegan sweets like some varieties of daifuku mochi, snacks like arare crackers, tea, vegan onigiri w/ umeboshi, shiso or fermented veggies filling and no fish… fresh, canned and prepared produce, great variety of fresh and dry pasta to make ramen / udon, gyoza, Thai and Chinese plant based food, etc. it’s a place that offers lots of good products to help us prepare delicious vegan dishes at home.
Read morePros: Vegetarian and vegan tasty options, Oriental products otherwise difficult to get, Lots of options
Cons: Some imported products on the expensive side, They sell fish and meat too in a tiny corner, They sell seasonal products, unavailable year roun
