Not many vegan options - Edit
The experience of the kaiten-sushi (conveyer belt sushi) was really nice. However, food wise there are not a lot of (tasty) vegan options.

I got the cucumber maki, fermented soybean sushi, fries and pumpkin tempura. The cucumber maki was decent enough, pretty standard. The rest was bad. The fries tasted like they'd been cooked about 5 times. The pumpkin tempura just tasted like fried batter and not in a good way. I can't comment on the fermented soybean sushi as I've never had it before so I don't know if it's just personal taste that I don't like it but I found it gross!

Only bonus point is you can look through the allergen menu on the tablet which makes it somewhat easier to know what's vegan and not.

I think there was three or so items that were vegan, super hard to find on the menu. If you’re pescatarian, it’s amazing. But difficult as vegan.

Sushiro is pretty tasty sushi- all I got was plain Inari, pumpkin tempura and cucumber rolls. I probably ordered 3 of each and was satisfied and really liked it - came here twice.
Read moreYou get a ticked and can see how long the wait is, scan your ticket when number is called to wait to be seated then scan your ticket again when your number is called again and it will give you a table number ticket and seat yourself. Everything is ordered on the iPad and the food is delivered on the sushi train. Reasonably priced and easy.

No good experience - Edit
Against the positive feedback, I had absolutely no good experience here. It was really hard to communicate with the staff in English, which is okay but after showing them a text in Japanese, that I'm a vegetarian, they were completely overwhelmed and confused and eventually said, that they cannot offer anything to me. I was really surprised that my experience was so different to the reviews here.

I went with non veggie friends and find it very good, but missed more vegetarian options. Even though I have many plates with a very low price. Fried eggplant tempura is a must try and miso soup was very taste
