Organic, artisanal bakery based in La Isleta, near Las Canteras beach. Each product is 100% vegan except for some special product which is always made clear. All breads are made with sourdough, organic Spanish flours and natural ingredients, handmade and baked in stone ovens. The company uses only sustainable electric energy and light vehicles for deliveries. Open Mon-Sat 10:00-14:00, Mon-Fri 17:00-20:00. Closed Sun.

What a gem in La Isleta, Las Palmas! Tarei is a 100% vegan bakery (I double-checked with the friendly server) with an incredible range of freshly baked breads. The focaccia is divine, and while the selection leans savoury, there are a few sweet options to tempt you. Perfect for daily bread restocks while on holiday. Highly recommended for all carb-loving plant eaters! 🌱🥖

Being Austrian I always have a hard time finding good, high quality bread abroad which is similar to the ones back home. Tarei is THE place to go and buy such kind of bread. They use sourdough and organic ingredients for all their products and the taste and structure are amazing. The staff is really helpful and passionate. One loaf is around € 2,90 to € 3,50.
