I was super excited to try this place but was disappointed. The veggie meat burrito was stuffed with something that tasted like corn meal. There wasn’t anything else but the “corn meal” meat in the burrito. The green salsa tasted like weird melted cheese. You’re better off going to gomez y guzman down the street for decent Tex Mex.

I enjoyed my meal. I'm vegetarian so it is easier to find something on the menu that pleases. I had both a TVP and a bean taco along with guacamole made at the table. The waiting staff were friendly and all of the food I had was tasty.

You would think Tex-Mex would be an easy option for Vegans but not this place. After telling the staff that we had dairy allergies they told us that the flour tortillas are made with milk. We decided to go with nachos but after checking with the kitchen they confirm that the nachos are just store bought Doritos! So We didn’t want to order a salad with nothing on it so we left.

Their vegetarian burritos can be ordered vegan without cheese and sourcream. Veggie items on the menu are made with TVP (vegan protein) which is good. Their fresh guacamola that staff make by your table can also be made vegan (without sour cream).
