Disappointing - Edit
I went to this store on three occasions with different people. We bought a few of their very pricey items. Nothing ever tasted the same. They have major issues with consistency in product. The frosting on the cake I bought just tasted like sugar - way too sweet! As I have also learned, their frosting is nothing but palm shortening and artificial sugar in the form of monk fruit powder. Most of the baked goods I bought also had a strange freezer smell which is strange as I don't think its normal for bakeries to sell freshly frozen baked goods. Nothing really stood out because its simply another bakery doing cupcakes and not very well.

Nothing Really Wowed - Edit
Small bake shop with a few vegan options. The concept is keto-friendly so everything is gluten-free, seemed to be made largely of nut flour (rather than say GF rice or sorghum flour).
Read moreWhen I went they had 3 vegan options. Pecan cluster (I don't remember if this is the exact name), tasted mainly of synthetic flavouring and very coconut-ish. Shortbread cookie was okay, tasted very nutty, kind of oily and had a sugar-analog taste. The third item was a berry square (I can't remember the actual name) but I never tried it.
I wasn't really a fan of this place; however, this is a keto bakeshop, rather than a vegan or GF speciality, so I think in fairness the taste is restricted by the dietary specification. I probably wouldn't go back unless I was trying to obtain items that met multiple dietary needs (vegan, keto, low-sugar, GF, etc.).
Pros: Friendly
Cons: Pricey

Specialized Bakery - Edit
This is a gluten/grain-free bakery which always has a few vegan options available. They use a monk fruit/erythritol blend as their sugar substitute, and I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. Treats are sweet but not overly so.
Read morePros: Clearly marked options
Cons: minimal seating , could use more options
