Great bagels - Edit
The Lox Bagel Shop has short hours, but they have great house made bagels. They have a few vegan sandwich options, including a great cauliflower melt with fried cauliflower, artichoke, and romesco (have the cheese removed). They also have great cashew cream cheese. I recommend trying their carrot lox Bagel with Nori cured carrot, housemade vegan cream cheese, capers, onion, and cucumber. Their bagel sandwiches are around $11.

Their bagels are a mouth watering dream! All of the seasonings are to die for and I really like their vegan cream cheeze too. Perfect weekend brunch stop!

OK - Edit
I was so looking forward to trying this place and when I finally did, I was disappointed.
Read moreFirst, I expected the bagels to be different given that they claim to be Montreal style. They tasted good and had a lot of seeds on the outside, but ultimately were just like most other bagels in Columbus- very very soft bagel shaped bread.
Second, the vegan lox bagel was fine but not worth $11. It had very little carrot lox on it (which was thickly cut and crunchy and very oily) and not much in the way of other toppings either. This sandwich looked WAY skimpier than the meat versions I saw people eating around me.
Finally, I do not trust the cleanliness of this place. As I waited for my food, I observed workers casually and happily forming bread dough into bagel shapes with unwashed hands that had just been touching everything else- the front desk, coffee maker, cell phones, clothes, etc. Only saw one guy wash his hands. Absolutely disgusting.
Overall- These are not bagels but they are delicious bread. Eat if you don't mind your bread being fondled by dirty hands and you are willing to pay $11 for a mediocre sandwich.
Pros: Tasty bread, Vegan lox
Cons: Not bagels, Dirty, Expensive

Great tasting bagels - Edit
Bagels in this place are made from scratch. They are delicious and chewy and warm. They only have 4 flavors. Everything. Plain. Sesame and herbs. They do have a vegan spread. Place was crowded when I visited at 10ish am on a Sunday. There’s only 4 free parking spots on front of the shop which they were taken. Pay to park outside. Almost all seats taken and a short line to order. I only got 2 bagels and No sandwiches so I was in and out pretty quickly. Got the everything and it was really good. Place decor is trendy with New Age music going on. Nice vibe. Staff was friendly.
