The No. 1 Vegan Restaurant in Hoi An

This is the No. 1 CP value vegan restaurant in Hoi An, you can't find anything else with these reasonable prices but such high-quality food. If you are vegan, you would love this place for sure. And you won't get bored even coming 3 times a day, because the menu is extensive.

I would say what I appreciate the most is the hospitality of the owners, the three ladies are so sweet. They might be very busy at times, but they never forget to smile.

They have all the main local Vietnamese dishes, but vegan, such as Cao Lau, Banh Xeo, and Com Ga. So authentic, and without too much oil and mock meat like the other local vegan restaurants do.

They also have so many tasty Western foods: their smoothie drinks are the real deal, not diluted with water, but a real thick one; the scrambled tofu, the spinach bun burger; and all the desserts are up to standard without too much sugar which I love very much. The must-try is their banana cake and snicker bar! They are heaven!

Love this place, kept going back

We really like the range of vegan options they had to offer. Good for breakfast and a nice hearty meal. I think there is only one chef and when there’s more than 2 people inside then it does take a while. But the food was delicious and would recommend the snickers bar!

Nice variety

We wandered a bit before coming back to HC for the directions, you’ll need them! Interesting menu with creative dishes, not the usual things. We got a great tempeh salad, then two chicken tofu skin dishes. Very good, especially the chikn rice dish. The peanut ine was good but had a very large amount of raw onion.

Highly recommend

This hidden gem is a little hard to find but well worth it. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. The Vietnamese pancake, burger, fried spring rolls and soup curry were absolute winners. And the desserts are fabulous too. We loved it so much we went there twice. The place is very small (3 tables for two upstairs) which is part of its charm.

Hidden Gem

The food here was so so good and budget friendly. We had to stop ourselves ordering the whole menu. Is a little of the beaten track but worth the visit.

Great food at a very reasonable price

Went here for dinner and enjoyed a really delicious meal for only 200k and we were the only ones there

Quite hard to find, but if you follow the signs and directions in here it is easy😊

Can recommend the pink juice!

Excellent food! A glorious find :)

This restaurant was really nice. The food was well portioned and had beautiful flavours. The staff was also very friendly, especially the server, who was very kind and spoke English. I had the Hoi A noodles, morning glory and took home a cinnamon bun and a snickers bar - both delicious!! It’s great to find a vegan place that does really good savoury and sweet. I’m excited to return!

Tasty Authentic Food!

We had a fantastic meal at Seeds, everything is vegan so it was a delight to choose everything we wanted. We had the Vietnamese pancake, Cao Lau curry and Cao Lau stir fried noodles, as well as the Hoi An land smoothie and strawberry soda to drink, then homemade 'Snickers' bar and strawberry 'Bounty' for dessert! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the portion sizes were fair, and the AC was cranked up so our eating experience was relaxed and comfortable. Would recommend highly!

Seeds has everything!

I stayed in Hoi an for one month and was so glad when I found Seeds. It has a wonderful menu with a mix of Vietnamese local foods and interesting western dishes, all fresh and handmade. Not much oil, good size portions, great flavours 😊🤩

The staff are kind, there is free wifi and space to chill or do work. Recommend the smoothies, sweet potato fries, anything with their homemade jam. Of course their desserts.
All fairly priced!

I hope more people can find this lovely restaurant ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Delicious food in a beautiful and cozy restaurant

I had the Hoi An Noodles as well as fresh Spring Rolls. Especially the noodles were absolutely delicious and both dishes were really cheap - especially compared to other vegan restaurants. The atmosphere is super nice too - it's a cosy place that is decorated with lots of plants. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! ☺️

Yay! Desserts!

I’m a big fan of all the Vietnamese & Asian food I’ve had but I’m still a sucker for desserts, and I was glad to see this little restaurant had a few great-looking options.

I ordered the spring rolls which could easily be a meal in themselves, you get veggies and rice paper to serve them with and a tasty dip. Shared the Hội A noodles (Cao Lao) which were also very good.

My group shared the banana bread, cinnamon roll, strawberry bounty and snickers bar for dessert. All of them were great. Banana bread was moist, cinnamon roll was pretty spot on, cinnamony and warm, bounty was very coconutty, and snickers bar had whole nuts and a gooey caramel – I really loved this one.

Restaurant is a bit harder to find, just keep walking round the square it’s located in until you find the little alleyway and the sign is on the wall, it directs you to where it is.

Good Taste, Quite Space, Good Price

Some of the best food you’ll ever eat

I had one of the best meals of my life here. They have hands down the nicest tofu scramble I’ve ever eaten (so well seasoned) and it came with salad and the tastes herb bread. I’ve also come back multiple times to eat off their desert menu (they also do takeaway), they’re all so delicious and decadent. The snickers bar is incredible and a must try, it’s a proper sized desert which is so amazing (see photo with hand for scale). The cinnamon roll has roasted, sugared peanuts and the banana bread has real banana on top. You can tell they put so much love into their food. This really is a must try restaurant.

Amazing!!

Chilled place, friendly staff, GREAT food

Had the Tofu scramble & brownie. Both great (the brownie is soft and not too sweet!. One of the best scrambles I have had at a cafe. The place is tucked away, and a great place to escape the business of Hoi An. A mist visit!

Hidden pearl in Hoi An

The food was delicious (and very cheap, even for Vietnam) and the owner was so nice ❤️
We had the fresh spring rolls, vegan chicken rice and crispy pancakes. Everything was really good and very fresh.

The place is a little hard to find, as the location on Google Maps is not entirely correct. It is located in the same little system of alleyways as shown on the map - you just have to walk a little around to find it (there is a sign).
