I kind of ended up here accidentally as another vegan restaurant was closed. My fear was that it was a ‘typical British’ experience (I got a bit tired of British food after travelling in the UK for long). It wasn’t at all. They serve English breakfast but they have so many other great options, we tried the croissant (one of the best I ever had!), the crostini with onion, and the pancakes. Everything was super delicious and staff was so so friendly it was such a nice experience to have lunch here. The only thing that was a bit off was that the music was a bit loud for my liking. But maybe I’m just getting old😄

Very friendly, quite spacious, delicious food - Edit
I highly recommend this place. They were so friendly, and the food was exceptionally flavorful. We had burgers which were made with veggie patties and were very good. I'm a huge Beyond Burger fan so I'm not saying this as a criticism of those at all, but it was nice to have a unique burger that wasn't your average Beyond-type burger, for a change. We also had a side of steamed broccoli that was incredibly and unexpectedly tasty! There's a lot of space in the upstairs part of the restaurant, not crowded at all, and it's very comfortable and welcoming. I can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes.

I went there for the croissant but stayed for the avocado toast. So delicious and tasty with the addition of roasted seeds. The beautiful way it's presented on the plate makes you almost feel sorry to eat it. Highly recommend.

Charming place and super friendly staff - Edit
Came here aprox 2pm and had late brunch. Orders are placed directly at the counter and served super fast at the table. Everything was tasty and the employees are really attentive and friendly. The kombucha with ginger flavor is to die for. The choices are limited but very tasty.

I had the spaghetti carbonara and it was delicious! The mushroom cream sauce wasn't top mushroomy and the tempeh panchetta was nice and crispy. I didn't get dessert, but they looked delicious in the case.

Yummy healthy food - Edit
It's the type of place where you have to order at the counter, but I didn't know so I asked a waitress who was kind enough to take my order anyway. I had the chef's curry and I loved it! I would definitely have it again, it was so good.
Read moreThe only downside for me is that none of their desserts was gluten-free on the menu. My friend had a tiramisu and I just ordered a matcha latte (with soy milk). Someone told me later on they do have some gluten-free options for desserts, but you have to enquire (FYI).

Nice but spenny - Edit
The food was nice, but didn’t blow me away for the price! £17 for a salad and frittata 🥲 and £14 for a burger which was a bit more reasonable. Was expecting it to be a bit better with how great reviews are but love that it’s all vegan and food was suuuper quick which was great as we were in a rush!

Really nice spot offering good food (at London prices), but they offer 10% discounts if you mention happy cow! The menu maybe could’ve been a bit bigger? But the quality of the food was very good, and the mayo thing it came with was amazing.
