Closest I could get to Milky Lane - Edit
I’ve been on holiday in ZA for 3-weeks and craving a Milky Lane waffle. This was the only place on our route that had what I was looking for. It was nice to be able to have a menu where I didn’t have to query the ingredients and allergens.
Read moreThe waffle was fine. The ice cream wasn’t for me. I’ve been spoilt with Swedish Glacé in England.
The poor lady serving seemed to be doing it all by herself. She was clearly struggling, but she did everything with a smile.
I’d recommend to any vegan in the area. Respite amongst a sea of carnivorous South African hospitality.
Pros: Variety, Everything Vegan, Waffles
Cons: Seating - a bit hard for big bums, I’ve-cream - Could be better

A good selection of burgers, wraps, salads and seitan chick’n. We had the sharing platter for two so had a selection of seitan chick’n, fish and ribs.

If you're ever craving good old fashioned junk food (fish&chips, fried chicken, saucy burgers, milkshakes), pop in to the Vegan Chef. Alternatively, if you feel like a healthy Buddha bowl, pop in to the Vegan Chef.
