Amazing stunning perfect - Edit
Located at B2 I think A4, but it could’ve been A8. Once you go down the escalator, go left it’s almost a straight shot. I got the strawberry shortcake and matcha leaf pile. The strawberry shortcake might’ve actually been the best thing I’ve ever had in my life. The matcha leaf cookies were really good with a super interesting texture. I liked the strawberry shortcake so much I made a trip here on another day to get it. I also tried the coffee jelly, which I have always wanted to try. Definitely worth a visit. The woman working is also super nice.

Okay - Edit
Quite a fancy selection of cakes but I personally thought it was quite pricy.
Read moreI tried the Mont Blanc and it was tasty, but didn’t feel very special given the price. There was an option to take the cake to the 9th floor where you could sit and eat it.
As they boxed it up nicely, might be better for a temiyage (gift for someone) rather than for yourself.
Friendly staff who spoke a little English. They handed out a vegan leaflet with all their products on.
Pros: Decent selection of Japanese desserts
Cons: Expensive

Vegan and gluten free cakes - Edit
Loved seeing the options but only got to try the strawberry shortcake. Finding GF can be difficult so it was great to see so much variety! It was really nice but I ate an almost identical cake at Marbe for cheaper.

So cute! - Edit
Super cute treats and so many to choose from! We opted for a couple of the cookies as we were on the go and didn’t want to buy anything that would melt or possibly get squished. (However, if we had the time the strawberry shortcake and Mont Blanc would be the top of my list to try.)
Read moreWe had the cinnamon cookies and the matcha cookies - both quite good but not out of this world. I think their cakes and puddings etc are likely their star items.

Maybe 4 stars ... - Edit
I'm not the best person to rate a shop like this, because frilly little baked goods aren't really my thing. We did not pick up the more elaborate desserts such as the strawberry shortcake (as recommended on HappyCow) due to possible complications travelling around with it for the rest of of day. Instead, we got a few simple little cookie sets (one each of matcha and cinnamon) - neither seemed anything special, and were best dunked in morning coffee rather than eaten on their own.

Nice vegan dessert shop, but the desserts we tried were hit or miss. A bit expensive as well — other vegan shops in Tokyo have much better desserts

The Vegan Strawberry Shortcake is so good! - Edit
The vegan strawberry shortcake tasted so good- I finished it by myself. It was amazingly soft and fluffy. The shop is located at basement of Mitsukoshi Ginza mall. Recommended to try! The cake plus fork cost around 1,102 yen (~11sgd).

No wonder it’s located at Mitsukoshi Ginza shopping mall. Pricy but it’s definitely worth it. They also sell the gift boxes so it’s helpful when you need to deliver or give them to your friends or family.

Delicious - Edit
B2 level, we tried two desserts here, a chocolate cake and a black tea and cherries seasonal shortcake. Both were very moist and full of flavor. I also appreciate that their to-go utensils are paper and wood-based, not plastic.

Vegan cakes - Edit
Delicious vegan cakes! We ordered the strawberry shortcake and the black tea cherry cake. We loved both. The bakery was a little hard to find as it is amongst a bunch of other bakeries in the basement of a department store. It is a bit on the pricier side, with our two cakes totaling around 2400 yen. But it was definitely worth it!

The shortcake is to die for - Edit
We’d been seeing various cakes around tokyo that all look amazing but none of which are vegan. But we found this place and had high hopes that the cakes would taste as good as they look. They definitely met our expectations. We had the chocolate cake, matcha cake and shortcake. They were all spectacular but the shortcake was by far the best. It was one of those foods that we thought we could probably introduce to one of our non-vegan friends and they would have no idea it wasn’t a shortcake made with dairy. Definitely would go again.

Amazing! - Edit
We wanted to try everything - it all looked so good! But the prices are relatively high, so we settled for a few options. Our favourite was the orange madeleine - simply divine. I wouldn’t necessarily reorder the chocolate bar, but the Sakura Mont Blanc was incredible! 🌸 The matcha clover cookies were a sort of ‘sablé’, quite the treat!

Exciting but expensive - Edit
I’ve missed Asian style cakes with whipped cream and fresh fruits so I was sooo excited to try this! It was really expensive, like 1000 yen for a small slice of cake. The cake was indeed quite good though :)

Veganism is not a fashion accessory - Edit
I understand it's Ginza, but over 1000¥ for a mini cake? Almost 500¥ for a couple of simple cookies?
Read moreAs much as I don't mind paying the price for fancier stuff, I couldn't shake the feeling that this place is just using veganism to look "hip". It doesn't even say "vegan" on the logo lol.
I came for a few treats to the only explicitly vegan option at Mitsukoshi's chika-gai and left empty-handed. #Veganuary

Great variety and service - Edit
This pastry stall inside of the mall on floor B2 has a wonderful range of vegan and gluten-free pastries that are made fresh everyday by the staff! It was difficult for me to make a decision, but they had someone working there who spoke perfect English and was able to help me out. There are English menus as well. It was a bit crowded when I went, but they still made time to help me and answer all of my questions and had polite conversation with me too. I told them that I had a long trip home and they gave me extra cold packs for all of my chilled goods. My favorite thing that I've tried so far is the matcha cake. 9/10 😋 They will be changing locations after September, so you'll have to follow there Instagram page to find out where they will be next. They are a bit pricey, but I think the quality is worth the price. I got eight items and it came out to around 65 yen.
