Fat vegan food not health vegan food but oh so good - Edit
Just like birthday cake comes once a year, so you may want to limit your Wild Chive meals so that it's a treat, a very heavy treat. Been eating at Wild Chive since it was a small but extremely popular pop-up at a coffeehouse. Those items are still on the menu (and same loyal staff!) but the menu has expanded to some dinner items over time, etc. Fair warning: the food is extremely rich and heavy but that gives it the flavor that omnis like too so it's easy to have brunch in a mixed group. Recommend getting the french toast and the monte cristo and splitting it so that there's a balance of sweet and savory. Food so rich that it becomes too much though, especially the fake ham so then you need a Wild Chive detox at some point. The Vietnamese coffee is good too but is as sweet as the food is rich. Love that you can order online. Parking is non-existent but usually manage to snag a spot to grab to go orders. Once in person dining is in full swing, you may have to park far away but then you'll be walking off some of the food.

Great in many ways - Edit
We are lucky to have gotten a place one block from The Wild Chive & now pick up food about once a week there. It's so good, such great quality and portions are outstanding but the best part is the super nice & friendly staff.

Sooooo good!!!!! - Edit
This place is ahmazing! My kids and I dropped by during our vegan PCH road trip from San Diego to Mendocino. We ordered the chicken and waffles, French toast, Monte Cristo and Breakfast in bread. The kids loved the chicken and waffles. I couldn't get enough of the MonteCristo. So delicious. I can't believe it is all vegan. The melted cheese and ham in the MOnte Cristo was so yummy and savory. Really hit the spot! And the portions are huge. We walked a couple of blocks and had a brunch picnic at the beach. Perfect!!

Vegan brunch heaven - Edit
SO glad there's this new location. Now that they're up and running, there's a much shorter wait time, and a wonderful large space. I loved the chicken and french toast but I'm usually torn between that and the monte cristo....it will make a mess and I don't recommend trying to be graceful at a picnic with it, but it's totally worth it. The thai coffee hits the spot too. If you're also a sweet tooth, this place will make you happy.

Delicious - Edit
Honestly, one of the best spots to find breakfast items. The only thing that I did not find tasty was the tofu scramble on my breakfast burger. This lacked taste. I did enjoy the rest of the burger (especially the bread and the patty). Also, their French toast and chicken is to die for.

Excellent Establishment - Edit
I personally think this might be my new favorite place to eat ever. I’m a sucker for breakfast burritos but I decided to go with the Breakfast in Bed because the concept seemed very unique to me and boy, was I not disappointed. The tofu scramble patty was SO delicious, and I really liked the sausage and bacon too (they make the sausage in house)! My girlfriend got the BLAT which was also so good. The service was also excellent, and the restaurant itself looks very sleek. I really look forward to being able to sit down there and enjoy a meal. 10/10 recommend this place to satisfy any hankerings!

Tasty Brunch - Edit
We both enjoyed the vegan “burrizo” for lunch - my husband is not vegan. Half was enough for me. Comes with a small green salad and a tasty dressing.

SERIOUSLY. THE. BEST. I can't wait for them to open a restaurant! I really miss the dinner menu they used to do on Thursday nights. Their specials are to die for.

Best vegan food in long beach - Edit
Their brunch is without a doubt the best vegan food i’ve had in long beach. Get there early and expect to wait though, they tend to draw a crowd. They’re now at Made at Millworks in downtown!
