Poor service & disappointing vegan options - Edit
Tried this place as it had decent reviews with veg options however service was terrible and food was disappointing. They seemed eager to accommodate vegan options until we sat down. Bread and light snacks were supposed to be offered pre and post meal (as a part of service fee for dining) but bread was brought after meal and only when asked for. Other snacks never came even though requested (and table right beside us received them). I was not brought cutlery for my meal, perhaps as I ordered the vegan burger and they thought I’d eat it with my hands? And when I requested cutlery only brought me a fork and had to request napkin separately. The burger was slathered with mayo and fell apart as eating it, though was flavourful. My partner ordered gnocchi without cheese but they brought it with cheese and then had to remake it, but seemed annoyed. Server then never came back after bringing food to ask how it was or if we wanted anything else. Felt like they did not care to serve us as we ordered vegan food and did not order an expensive bottle of wine…and just wanted us to leave as soon as possible.

The vegan burger was... Not a burger - Edit
From the ingredients lists, it seemed like the burger contained a vegan patty. This wasn't our case: what we got was an empty bun with vegetables, see the pictures attached.
Read moreWhen asking the staff where the burger was, they came back to us saying that the potato mash at the bottom was indeed the patty. If you enjoy being charged for a bun with potato mash, then this is the right place for you!
