Es war ein bisschen schwierig eine Bäckerei zu finden die vegane Ensaimadas ohne Schweinemalz herstellt aber durch eine längere Recherche habe ich diese Bäckerei gefunden und dort natürlich trotzdem nochmal nachgefragt. Das erste mal waren leider keine mehr da aber ich habe mir dann welche für 2 Tage später vorbestellt und Sie waren so lecker !

The finest - Edit
Tiraflecha's 'sinsaimadas' are a delightful treat. Usually, this typical Mallorcan pastry is made with lard and I believe that there's no other baker islandwide who offers a plant based version. The dough is crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and not too greasy nor sweet. By the way, it’s possible to order in advance and have it filled with chocolate. I also had a cocarroi, another traditional, but hearty pie. The fillings vary, mine came with a well-seasoned mix of potatoes and onions and was delicious. They recently changed the menu of their restaurant and included a vegan burger, plus the day I went one of their daily specials was plant based, too. The lovely service is also worth mentioning.
