Whatever they did with the spinach things we ate? Incredible. Keep it up. The guacamole left a bit to be desired. The dessert was quite nice.

Great Spanish vegan cooking - Edit
I found the service very friendly. I had the chilli chicken which was wonderfully cooked and made with fresh vegetables. It was enough on its own.

Buen servicio pero local justillo, y elección de platos no muy buena.

No pollo heura al teriyaki con arroz, muy rico, pero habia 2 trozos de heura en todo el plato. Todo salsa con setas y arroz.
Migas de manzana, no pone que lleve coco y era manzana muuuuy dulce en trozos pequeños puesta entre toneladas de coco rallado.

Delicious cheap food, sometimes rude attention - Edit
Since my past reviews, I've gotten food from Tulsi several times, and I haven't had any bad experiences recently.
Read moreThey have improved their food and attention and that calls for a new/better review. Tulsi is the only place to eat a good, cheap, vegan meal in this part of the city.
Food is Indian with some forays into international dishes, but best stick to the Indian dishes imo. Menu has ridiculously good value and food quality is quite solid.
Attention can be bad from time to time.

Broad variety of foods (tapas, salads, sandwiches, some Indian dishes). The flavours were a little too subtle and basic. But perhaps that’s the Spanish way or I ordered badly. I subsequently ordered takeaway and I had the green gyoza and one of the salads, they were both yummy.

Comimos el menú, de primero hummus casero y crema de verduras de segundo los dos lasaña, y de postre las dos tartas que tienen chocolate y zanahoria. Todo estaba rico, pero en mi opinión faltaba un poco más de intensidad en los sabores. Ahora con el precio que tiene el menú 10,50 € un sábado por la noche y el excedente servicio de sus camareros tienen las 5 estrellas más que merecidas. Un imprescindible para cualquier Vegano

Lots of dishes to choose from, so it took me a while to make up my mind. Went for some traditional Spanish simple dishes: a salad (huge) with lots of fresh vegetables and a seitan sandwich in a soft mini baguette bread. Ended up so full that unfortunately I had to skip the dessert.

This was the only place open for lunch near us so we gave it a try. They have a big fully vegan menu with lots of options so we tried an appetizer and a few different entrees. Everything was just ok, the food seemed to be very salty but lacking overall flavor.

If you are in the city center, Tulsi is one of the best places to go if you like to have a nice lunch menu for a good price. They follow the tradition of many other vegan places in Barcelona (like veggie garden) and offer a menu with several dishes which always contains a Thali main dish. The food is very good and I like it more than in the restaurants of the competition.
