Multiple choices - Edit
Had amou and macha this time. Would like it more if it's around 600 yen for two scoops.

Cute vegan ice cream shop - Edit
Friendly staff and solid tasting ice cream. Prices were not cheap but seemed reasonable.

All Vegan Ice Cream Parlor - Edit
We made our way across Tokyo to Tutto for a Halloween-special ice-cream cone. We ordered the seasonal special "kuri imo" (chestnut sweet potato) flavor with a mummy topping. Just as it is the case in most Japanese shops where hardly ever any modifications are allowed, the staff was a bit confused how to accommodate us, as apparently the mummy topping only was allowed on the plain flavor ice-cream. As none of the other flavors with Halloween toppings appealed to us, we were a bit at a loss and regretted making the effort to get there. However, after a bit of time, the staff agreed that the kuri imo flavor had a pale enough color to go with the mummy topping. I don't understand why so much commotion had to happen for something so simple and why no other colors can get the mummy topping, but I digress. We got our ice-cream in a plain cone and enjoyed it tremendously.

Stylish Vegan Gelato - Edit
They offer a large variety of interesting icecream flavors.
Read moreEverything is vegan, including the cone, which had a rich buttery taste.
For coffee there is soy milk, oats milk etc. available.
They are using combustible to-go cups, lids and spoons.
I liked all of the ice-cream flavors I've tried and think you can't go wrong here.
All of them are also sold in cups to take home or to the near park.
As they have limited seats available, grabbing a cone for take-out and taking a walk at the riverside nearby is a good option.

colourful and flavourful vegan ice creams, crepes and drinks - Edit
Tutto is a new vegan ice cream and crepe shop opened on 18th January in Kiyosumi Shirakawa which uses almond milk as a base. They opened their first shop in Shin Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture last year and this is their first branch in Tokyo.
Read moreSingle cup costs 550 yen and double 770 yen, and the cones were not available for some reason (single 660 yen & double 880 yen with a bigger scoop according to their Instagram).
It's a shame that all the ice creams are covered with a lid, so you can't see the cute colours, but they have a variety of unique flavours such as matcha, black sesame and Japanese strawberry Amao with hibiscus.
I ordered a strawberry creme crepe with a pistachio gelato topping for 1500 yen (a 300 yen gelato topping is available for Strawberry Cream and Banana Cream crepes only), which looks nice and tastes quite good, but I wished it was slightly cheaper, as you need to order at least one drink for eating-in even on the bench outside.
They also serve ice cream drinks called Belato.
Drinks are delivered from the coffee and raw sweets shop Hagan Organic Coffee/Posh next door, which has many beautiful raw and gluten-free vegan cakes, so I'd rather go to this cafe next time.
