I had a delicious meal on the cozy terrace by the Elandsgracht. There are about 15 dishes on the menu, of which 3 are vegan and another 3 are vegetarian. They also have a vegan mango lassi (with coconut milk), but that's not explicitly on the menu, so ask for it. They ask you how spicy you want your food and take into account those who can't handle spicy food well. A drink plus main course costs around 30 euros.

The Restaurant offers some clearly labeled vegan options. I had a cauliflower dish (don’t remember the name), it was very very good!

29 Spices was not on HappyCow but we found it by coincidence. Lucky us, because it had a good choice of vegan dishes, all great, and a nice atmosphere. It’s not cheap, but that’s how it is in Amsterdam.
