Real sourdough done right

I'm a fan of the quality of Uco's sourdough loafs. Almost all of them are plant based, with special inclusions like carob & walnut, cocoa & cranberry, fig & almond, olives & rosemary and more. Everything I tried so far was delicious, including their sesame tahini muffin and cherry tomato focaccia. It’s perfect news that they keep adding vegan options like a focaccia sandwich with tofu, tomato pesto and marinated peppers, which I haven’t tried yet. All team members are kind and helpful.
