My faves were the curry Udon and the beef (impossible beef) dumplings, as it's not something I see a vegan option for often.
Pros: Great for sharing, Nice drinks menu
Cons: Small seating area

La fabrique propose un menu dégustation de 4 gyozas, parfait pour tester toutes les saveurs sur le pouce ! Les gyozas sont savoureux ainsi que les boissons proposées. Il est possible d'acheter les produits surgelés ainsi qu'un grand choix d'assaisonnements dans la boutique

Amazing gyozas - Edit
The place is super beautiful and modern, but it’s really small (only a few seats to eat there). It’s more a place for take out / store. They prepare different kind of gyozas in front of you. I had the impossible gyozas and the omni pork gyozas which were both really good. I also had a miso soup which was very good. The staff is super nice and friendly.
