Wir hatten die Veganen Fish and Chips. Es war wirklich lecker, die fischstäbchen knusprig und eine sehr leckere Remoulade.

no vegan options - Edit
I asked for the vegan fish roll and was told that nothing on the menu is vegan. The server did not know what ingredients were non-vegan and did not offer any modifications, simply stating that they have no vegan options at all.

As one of the few places that offers vegan fish, this fast food spot shines among many in the area. The staff was very friendly in helping us finding and combining vegan options. We tried the vegan remoulade and BBQ sauce with the shrimp tacos.

Super Option für nicht-Fischesser! - Edit
Wie in jeder Hafenstadt wird auch in Hamburg Fisch quasi überall angeboten. Es ist für nicht-Fischesser oftmals schwer, wenn z.B der Freundeskreis im Fischrestaurant essen gehen möchte, eine vernünftige Alternative zu finden. Nicht so im Underdocks!😄
Read moreDie Bedienung teilte mir mit, dass es möglich wäre JEDES der Gerichte auf der Karte auch als veggie/vegan Variante zu bestellen. Zur Wahl stehen Vishstäbchen und sowas wie VScampis. Die Portionen sind echt groß und geschmeckt hat es auch!
Die Atmosphäre sowie generell die Ladengestaltung ist sehr stylisch/hip. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Als Tipp für die Zukunft: es wäre schön, wenn es noch weitere vegetarisch/vegane Varianten geben würde, zusätzlich zu den Vishstäbchen und den VScampis.
Außerdem wäre ein Hinweis auf der Homepage gut, dass es auch veggie Möglichkeiten gibt - das wird dort leider gar nicht ersichtlich:)

Nice but need for improvement - Edit
First of all, it’s great that a fish restaurant is serving two vegan menus including sauce. The restaurant also has two vegetarian options with nice filled “hot dog looking” bun rolls but the bun itself is not vegan which I found very sad. We tried both, the vegan fish & chips and shrimps & chips with vegan remoulade. But something fried wherefore I was missing something fresh like a salad or even gherkins that you get on the vegetarian roll. I also don’t understand why there is a vegan and a vegetarian remoulade because the vegan one obviously lasts longer than the one with egg in it. However, the staff was very friendly and the portions have a great size. I hope the menu will continue to grow!😄
