Their corndog is so delicious. Hefty, tasty thick batter, and fresh out of the fryer. Chicken sando and hush puppies are also great.

SO GOOD! I know it’s advertised as more of a hotdog/corndog place but don’t skip on their burgers… they’re my favorite. The Jesse and the original! So good!! Right now they’re parked at the Mobil on El Cajon and Texas Street on Tuesday and Thursdays from noon to 8pm. They do some pop up spots and events other days so look at their Instagram @underdog.sd #Veganuary

i’ve been eyeing this place for a while on happy cow and finally got to try it today! i got the danger hot dog with chipotle sauce instead of mustard, with kimchi fries, and my dad got the chili cheese hot dog. everything was amazing!

I'm a corn dog enthusiast, and this place was only 10 minutes from where I was staying, so I had to try them!! My favorite one by far was the goblin. It was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Customer service was great too everyone was very friendly.

Vegan Korean Corn Dog. - Edit
I have been waiting very (un)patiently for a few years now to try a Korean corn dog, but as a vegan, that was no easy feat. Today I just happened to stumble across the food truck “Underdog,” which opened recently, and lo and behold… there was my vegan Korean corn dog! So, of course, I got the Goblin’s Club (Korean corn dog) and my boyfriend got the Jalapeno Popper. There’s not much to say besides both corn dogs were delicious. They were super crispy and flavorful. There were multiple sauces, and the person working gave suggestions for which to pick. If corn dogs are not your jam, they also had burgers (one with kimchi… yum!), loaded fries, hot dogs, chili, and chicken tenders. Our order was made quickly, and I thought the prices were reasonable for the product. Highly recommend!

I had the jalapeño corn dog and my partner had the Danger dog and we shared a side of dirty fries (French fries dusted with Cajon seasoning) everything was yummy! They’ve only been open a week (it’s July 2022).
