Delicious "eggs" Benedict - Edit
Many versions of vegan eggs Benedict availability. Everything is clearly marked on the menu. The egg was very good, and even had a runny yolk. The salmon tasted very close to the real thing, and the texture was also amazingly similar. Both the latte and plum tea we ordered were very good.
Read moreThere are many non eggs Benedict meals that are also vegan, but you have many varieties to choose from. The space itself is small, but we were able to sit in the back which was a little more spacious.
Pros: Very good eggs benedict, Chill vibe
Cons: Small

Korean-inspired brunch cafe specializing in vegan eggs Bennies - Edit
Korean-inspired brunch cafe specializing in vegan eggs Benedicts. Cut into the Bennies and the yolk runs out. 🤯 Topped with gluten-free coconut hollandaise sauce. Has fantastic breakfast sandwiches as well. UT47 is not vegan but vegan-friendly with its own section on the menu. A solid place to go to when catering to different dietary needs. One of my go-tos when non-vegan friends visit. Bonus: met UT, the owner, on my last visit and she was such a friendly presence. She was checking in on each table and answering questions about the food. I was happy to know she was committed to her vegan menu and I hope she continues more towards that direction as she opens her second location in the city.

Great vegan breakfast - Edit
Dedicated vegan menu with several vegan Benedicts and breakfast/lunch sandwiches. We went for breakfast and got the “chicken” sausage Benedict and the tofu bacon sandwich. The sandwich surprisingly came with not only the salad but a fresh, vegan blueberry muffin! Coffee was also very good. Small spot but will be back next time we are in NYC!

Great brunch spot - Edit
Lots of vegan options with entire vegan section on menu. Most items can also be made gluten free and I was told their GF bread is also vegan. First time I’ve ever had vegan eggs Benedict and it was delicious. Recommend their taro latte as well (very sweet but good). This place is a must for everyone, especially any other gluten free vegans!

Great breakfast! - Edit
We came here for breakfast before a long day of walking and it was fantastic. The vegan egg that they have on the Benedict was so cool. The “white” had a bit of a coconut flavour but the yolk was runny and VERY convincing. I don’t know how they make it! Everything tasted great, the veggies were fresh and my meal had a whole massive avocado in it (love!). Very big portions. Friendly atmosphere and good coffee.

We've had the vegan eggs benedict - vegan tofu and avocado tomato. As drinks we had cappuccino, espresso, orange and pressed juice. Everything was great and we genuinely loved it.

Great for Brunch - Edit
They have a great vegan menu with plenty of brunch classics - I got the vegan eggs benedict. Drinks were also good, we got the frozen sojuritas. It was busy here on a Saturday, so definitely try to get a reservation.

Wow! Plant Based AMAZING - Edit
2nd time here. Absolutely love this place. They have one door for takeout and they have a separate door right next-door to dine in. Small space but plenty of seating is available. First time I was here I had their number six, which is their vegan bagel. Breakfast sandwich and it knocked me off my feet. It was amazing. Great serving size. Delicious. So looking forward to coming back and I finally did. Today I had the vegan breakfast eggs Benedict, which came with a side of home fries and a side salad. The hollandaise sauce that they make themselves and pour over the food was delicious. The way you slice into the vegan egg and it seems as if the yolk is coming out all over your foodis fantastic. Really enjoyed it. A little on the pricey side for $30 but unique plate that I have not had anywhere else. Looking forward to coming back here in the future.

Neighborhood Gem in Hell's Kitchen with really lovely atmosphere - Edit
I loved the ambiance of UT47 in Hell's Kitchen. We had reservations for the "patio", but (thankfully) it was covered as we had 95°F weather. Still had a lovely outdoor vibe, but very comfortable.

Ran to leave a review - Edit
Wow! Not many places perfected a vegan hollendaise sauce but these guys sure have! I got the avocado with poached “egg” and their homemade hollendaise on a tomato and English muffin. The only thing missing was a slice of red onion but I like a little kick. And the coffee! Chef’s kiss! Apparently they have their own roasting company in Queens! Who knew, but it’s definitely fresh and delicious. I ended up getting a bag grounded to my preference for only $19z The place was small but not busy for an early morning Sunday brunch. Jasmine was my server and she has the sweetest, gentle soul for everyone who walked in. Good vibe! On the pricey side but it’s manhattan so remember that. Highly recommend and will come back.

Worthy Of Five Stars - Edit
One word: wow. I got the vegan chicken panini after a red eye flight, and it brought me back to life. They paired it with a side salad and a vegan blueberry muffin, and everything was heavenly. Their vanilla latte with almond milk was sweeter than I expected, and my sweet tooth left satisfied. I cannot recommend this place enough. The manager Jasmine was my server and she was on it. Make it to UT47 as soon as possible.

Fantastic Vegan Breakfast Options! - Edit
Stopped by UT47 in search of some hearty vegan breakfast sandwiches, and we found them! I had the BLT with Roasted Tomato soup, and it was wonderful! I truly appreciated the size and shape of the cauldron in which the soup was served, as it was perfect for sandwich-dunking! Paired my meal with an amazing coconut milk turmeric latte. Highly recommend!!
