Awesome Japanese vegan food - Edit
Tonkotsu broth was intense and rich in flavour. The highlight was the textured protein which was marinated and grilled to perfection! The noodle were richer in fiber as they were infused with konjac but retained its soft and bouncy structure.
Read moreTeriyaki tofu balls which were imported from Japan had edamame in it. Had a juicy and slighty chewy texture with sweet soy sauce topping. Edamame were fresh and vibrant. Personally , would ask for lesser sweet sauce. Would sprinkle on some pepper and have a savoury side dish!
Nagasaki champon - loved the broth. A hearty and revitalising meal. Definitely will be back to try more dishes on their menu

Delicious Japanese Vegan - Edit
A little vegan outlet hidden on the 4th level. Limited choice but everything we ordered tasted great. From seafood to pork to deserts, everything tasted great. Will definitely go back for more.

Best Japanese vegan food in sg - Edit
Ordered their Katsu curry rice and grilled soy meat. Katsu curry rice 8/10, overall quality very similar to what I had in Japan (T's restaurant) Katsu is likely homemade, Konjac mixed with maybe legumes. Soy meat is 10/10, best I tried among many I had in Japan, seasoned so well, the aftertaste dam nice. Looking forward to try their other items in the menu after the challenge is completed.

Authentic Homecooked Vegan Japanese Meals - Edit
Veg-An (read as Veggie-An) has been a popular home-based business, but they’ve recently opened a physical outlet! While the focus is mainly on delivery or takeaway, there are also several seats for dining-in (3 counter seats + makeshift table that can accommodate another few pax, hence reservations are recommended). Honestly felt the small cosy space was a nice reflection of their name; “An” means a secluded hut in Japanese. The passionate husband-and-wife team Kennard and Chef Tomoe (from Japan) take lots of care to provide healthy, tasty, and authentic vegan Japanese meals, ranging from rice bento sets to ramen soup. Interestingly, they also incorporate quality ingredients from Japan such as organic matcha power from Kagoshima, as well as new Japanese plant-based substitutes (not easily found in Singapore) such as MIRACORE ‘meat’ and broth stock. Fully vegan of course, and almost all allium-free. Enjoyable wholesome taste and heartwarming homecooked vibes, all at a reasonable wallet-friendly price point too. Will definitely return soon! Walking distance from Farrer Park MRT or Jalan Besar MRT.

Delicious Vegan Home Catering Delights" - Edit
Read moreI recently tried a home-based vegan catering service that left me thoroughly impressed. The vegan dishes were authentic, flavorful, and remained delicious even when served at room temperature. The fresh ingredients used were of high quality, and the service provided was excellent. Despite the price, the generous portions and overall experience made it worth every penny. If you're looking for a top-notch vegan cuisine, I highly recommend this catering service.
