Est. June 2024. Fully vegan restaurant serves traditional sushi using vegetables and other vegan ingredients unique to Japan. Pumpkin paste, Ikura (red caviar), scrambled eggs, avocado roll, tempura roll, eringi (king oyster) mushroom, meat, myoga (Japanese ginger), shiitake mushroom, kabayaki (tofu). Reservations required and may be done through the website. Note: the space is used for a bar in the evening so not all the alcohol displayed is vegan. Please check before going, as may take irregular holidays. Relocated from Dogenzaka 1-chome-17-2 2F, Shibuya. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-2:30pm, 5:00pm-8:30pm. Closed Wed & Sun. Last order: 3:15pm (15:15).

It’s fine. If you want the true Japanese sushi expirence, this is it. Personally as a vegan, I don’t want to see fake fish or fake eggs. I prefer vegetables. I’m sure this style of sushi is great for others. My preference is just American sushi. Great presentation and great sushi. At the end of the day, it was just personal preference.

Very delicious and freshly made sushi. It's explained what "sauce" goes well with which sushi, which is nice. The warm matcha donut was delicious too. A bit expensive, but I guess it's normal for sushi like that.

Read moreFYI - The 7000 yen booking credit card system is a poor design as it can take quite a few days to be returned (5 to 10).
A better system would be you pay the additional amount beyond the 7000 yen when you settle the bill but it's not a deal breaker.
Pros: Creative sushi and suggested seasoning with order, Peaceful setting, Excellent helpful staff
Cons: $7000 yen Credit card at booking, Paying for extra Miso 😔

Read moreWe ordered the Sushi Set with the Sake flight and Dessert. The different Sushi in the set were delicious. My favourites were the king oyster mushroom and the vegan tuna mayo. We ordered a few extra Sushi as well.
They offer a Sake flight which is a small cup of three different vegan Sake including a dry, fruity, and a sweet.
We got the Dorayaki for dessert. I recommend getting it with the ice cream as it was dry without it.

Bathroom inside.
Polite and friendly staff. Spoke some English.
Accepted me as a solo walk-in since I believe there was a no-show. I didn’t know about reservations since I found it on Google maps.
Looked like cute date spot. Noticed lots of couples there. Fun sushi experience. Cozy. Go upstairs.
For dessert… eat DORAYAKI here. Get some donuts for Takeout!

You also get a card with a QR-Code to a List of vegan Restaurants in Japan.
I would recommend to make a reservation if you want to visit due Dinner-Time.
And be aware of the fact that they don't accept cash as payment. You should have a credit-card of apple-pay.

If you liked a piece more than the others you can then order extras.
It was absolutely delicious, and I loved the different sauces and the recommendations of what sauce to use with what piece.
We managed to get there at a quiet time so no wait for a table, but in busier days I would expect a wait.

The sushi was good, you get a plate of 10 different sushis, that you can’t choose yourself, you can only choose if you want drinks etc. or order more on top.
Read moreFor me not the best option because I don’t like mushroom and wouldn’t have chosen the sushis with mushroom.
The others were quite good, but only a few were exceptional. You get different toppings and sauces, which is cool so you try different flavors.
My boyfriend loved it, said it was the best sushi ever, for me it was good (and a bit pricey, but I guess that’s all sushi in Tokyo).
Service was super good, they were fast and really friendly.

It's a very touristy experience and kind of expensive for what it is. The sushi was ok but quite simple for the price and the miso soup was lacking salt. The staff is very nice but it didn't even feel like I was still in Japan.

All the sushi was so good, especially the kaba and the eggplant one. The Miso soup served with it is also very nice as is the yuzu soda and the different toppings for the sushi. The staff was also very helpful in explaining how the menu works as at first glance feels like a lot to take in. The desserts (dorayaki and ice cream) were also so amazing.

The best vegan sushi I've ever had. Very carefully selected and prepared ingredients, matcha, sake and dorayaki are very good too! The staff is super friendly and welcoming and carefully explained the whole menu to me. Great, one of a kind experience even for non vegan people.
