Woman-owned establishment. Go support. She is super cool and fluent in English if you have questions about what to order. She is beautiful and looks like a K-drama actress. She was friendly and chatted with us a bit after we got our food.

Interior is trendy and cute. There’s a lanai for eating outside if you want to people watch.

Near multiple bus lines.
We went here easily after Namsan Tower. Definitely check it out!

I had the Vegetusburger, which was nice, but nothing extraordinary. Good thing is that you can swap fries for salad. Friendly service and food arrived super fast. Nice to stop by when you are in that neighborhood but not specifically to come all the way to.

We very much enjoyed our paninis and lasagne! It was a bit unusual to have soya plates instead of noodles in the lasagne, but it works nicely. The brownie as dessert was very tasty as well. Definitely recommend to check it out if you're in for a change of flavours in a nice atmosphere.

Vegetus is amazing! We picked many things to share. Several gluten free pastas were all delicious. The vegan bulgogi panini had just the right crunch. Maybe the best was the caprese salad with house made vegan mozzarella. You won't regret visiting Vegetus!

I hadn't been to Vegetus before, and I'm so glad I finally stopped by. The staff spoke fluent English and we're very friendly. I had the roast Veef, sparkling lemonade and chocolate tart. The sandwich and salad were delicious and filling. I didn't need the dessert, but I'm so glad I ordered it! It was very fudgy on a chocolate cookie crust. The weather was great, so I sat on the patio. Excellent ambiance and fantastic food. I will definitely be back!

The fries are tasty but the burger was just okay and the nachos were a bit of a let down. Panini was very good but didn't need aubergine in it because it wasn't seasoned or cooked well unfortunately, would maybe ask them to remove because took away from flavour and texture slightly.

Interesting story: the area where Vegetus is located used to bustle with activity because there was an American army base nearby. And the soldiers wanted healthy food! However, in the past 8 years the area changed a lot. The army base has gone and the neighborhood changed. Yet, the street is full of little private owned shops and restaurants, which still makes it a pleasant spot. And... Vegetus is a real pretty restaurant both inside and out!
Read moreThe menu is somewhat inspired on the Italian kitchen, yet I opted for the Vegetus burger. It comes with either fries or salad, which I think is an excellent offer. Being health concious I went for the side salad instead of the fries. The burger is excellent. The home made patty is tasty and juicy, the condiments are just right and so are the buns. Also, the entire combination of ingredients really works well. The side salad has just enough dressing to make it palatable / easy to eat. Because everything tasted so good, I treated myself to a little cookie on the side. The oat cookie crumbles a lot, but yet again the taste is spot on.
Even though Vegetus might be out of your way, I do whole heatedly recommend going there. The atmosphere is great, the owner is friendly (and speaks English) and the food is tasty.

This is a lovely fully vegan restaurant/cafe with lots of gluten free options! We had the vegan and gluten free Macaroni Cheese and Garlic Alfredo and both were delicious. They also have gluten free desserts. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for vegan and gluten free options :).

Was wondering around HBC area on Monday noon and since most spots are closed on Mondays here, we ended up going to vegetus. Service was quick and we enjoyed what we had. However, there are some areas that can be improved, such as the rice on the mini ratatouille could be a bit moist since it a bit on the dry side. Also, if possible, instead of tofu skin or dry tofu for the lasagna, some other alternatives can be used here since it lacks the pasta texture. while keeping it gluten-free and nut-free. The sauces on the dishes were good. We thoroughly enjoyed the burger and caprese salad..
