Fresh rolls and bao - Edit
The fresh rolls here are a must try. Very fresh and full of flavor. Some unique ingredients. The bao was my favorite though, so savory and soft.

Vegan Vietnamese Delight! - Edit
Veggie Garden is a lovely choice for Vegan Vietnamese cuisine. The owner, Cindy, is attentive and the family owned business packs creative flavors and textures into each of its dishes. The Pho broth is flavorful with hints of clove and licorice. Such a unique and warm flavor. There is a cold case with the various plant based proteins. I enjoyed being able to see them prior to ordering. We enjoyed our meal as well as the experience of dining at Veggie Garden. Looking forward to returning!

Phenomenal Vietnamese Vegan Food - Edit
This was a fantastic recommendation from some locals for plant based lunch. All of their dishes are vegan and almost all of them are gluten free. So freaking delicious! And so many options to choose from.
Read moreWe got the Amazing Spring Rolls as an appetizer and No. 15 & No. 27 for lunch. All were amazingly delicious and nutrient dense. We couldn't have asked guys a better way to end our Orlando culinary experience.

Awesome food awesome owner - Edit
The food is amazing and comes out pretty quick. The owner is so warm and kind and always remembers you. I never bring my kids here because toddlers in a soup place is the stuff of nightmares but they always ask about my kids because I came here all the time when pregnant. So many amazing options!

Veganamese - Edit
With Happy Cow set to 'vegan' I didn't pick up this restaurant. It's by pure chance that I was pointed in the direction of V.G. which I guess could also stand for very good. It is very good. I had the three choice combo for US$12 consisting of, teriyaki vegan soybean drumstick; vegan ocean seaweed (faux fish); turmeric wheat gluten served with white rice and pickled carrot/daikon. There was also a complimentary soup on the side. All very nice flavours. Clean, quiet environment seating 16 inside and some outdoor seating. Best parking is at the back off Hillcrest St.

Wonderful completely vegan restaurant - Edit
Happy Cow has them listed incorrectly as vegetarian, they are now 100% vegan, as of our visit Sept 25, 2023. The food is delicious, homemade and inexpensive. We has the 3 item rice plate with the gluten tumeric, bbq drumstick and jackfruit. Really good. We also tried the giant vegetable roll wrapped in tofu skin and the bbq tofu pocket filled with 5 mushrooms. Both were excellent. Took the summer rolls, fried rolls, bao, spicy noodle soup and #11, the non spicy pho home for dinner. All were very good. Worth a visit. Clean restrooms, nice friendly family service.

Very authentic hole in the wall - Edit
Vietnamese food done vegan by people who do it best. Not a lot of seating and nothing fancy, but the prices are good and everything feels so true to the authentic non-vegan stuff.

The way they say thank you is just like Taiwanese (gum whuen😄 , there’s still dessert items that contains dairy (milk) so it’s actually a vegetarian restaurant not a vegan restaurant

Delish & nourishing - Edit
The ambience is bright, relaxing & clean. Service was kid friendly, welcoming and food came out fast. The pho had flavorful broth, array of mushrooms and fresh veggies. Got a combo plate that was hearty and fresh. Be sure to save room for dessert as it was so refreshing and lovely texture. got the bbq jerky that was well spiced but would have liked more chewy. Someone had a bicycle accident and came in for help and the staff showed compassion. The outdoor seating was great option also for health & safety during pandemic. parking was easy to find out front.

Pretty good - Edit
I got spring rolls as an appetizer and an entree where you pick three things. I tried the teriyaki soy drumstick, spicy soy ribs, and sauteed vegetables. The drumstick and the ribs were amazing, but I was very unimpressed with the sauteed vegetables and spring rolls. The prices are great, though! Overall, I thought Veggie Garden was pretty good. I would go back, but it will not be my first stop next time I'm in Orlando.

Delicious & GF Options - Edit
Absolutely loved this little vegan gem!!
Read moreThe whole menu is vegan and they have heaps of gluten free options.
The menu doesn’t list the gluten free options but our server was so helpful and let us know which items on the menu were GF-friendly (all of the vegan imitation meats have gluten).
They have a fridge of homemade desserts and drinks as well as a fridge bar of additional appetizers and snacks.
My partner & I had a summer roll, a fried rice dish made GF, a noodle soup bowl, bamboo shoots & a tofu roll.
Everything was delicious. The broth was epic. Also the Thai iced tea is divine!

Fantastic! - Edit
I picked this spot over Loving Hut for my birthday lunch while vacationing in Orlando. The posted hours stated that they closed at 6:30pm. My partner and I arrived at 3:50pm, in the pouring rain, and there was a sign on the door that said they were closing early at 4pm. As we began walking away, the owner came out and motioned for us to come back. She said they were closing up early, but would serve us as the last customer for the day. The interior was very small and comfortable. There was a cute outdoor patio also, but it was raining. All the food on the menu was extremely affordable, with most soups/meals around $10. We had the spring rolls, vegan bao, special Pho, seaweed soup, and the rice noodles with soy drumsticks. The peanut sauce with the spring rolls was excellent! I’ve never had a vegan bao bun before, and theirs was delicious! Both soups had very flavorful broths that were surprisingly different. The “meat” in the special pho and the soy drumsticks were scary close to the real thing. I believe an omni could be fooled here. The owner was so attentive and sweet as well. She did ask us to pay the check early so she could close out the register, but she told us to relax and take our time eating because someone would be in the restaurant cleaning up after she left. I am so happy she gave us the opportunity to try their delicious food, and I will definitely be back the next time I visit Orlando.
