Excellent vegan fast food - Edit
Veggie Grill offers a good variety of burgers including ones with Beyond Burger patties. I took the steakhouse burger with vegan cheese and found it excellent. Nothing was missing in this burger. You really have plenty of vegan choices in a diner-like restaurant. Besides, portions were generous for a very decent price. Would recommend it without any doubt!

Veggie grill is a reliable chain with tons of options. Their burgers are delicious and their seasonal items are always fun to try! I still think about the pulled Pork sandwich from like 5 years ago, really wish that would make a comeback!

I always love Veggie Grill! I was thrilled to see one right next to Legoland. They’ve added smoothies. Even though almost the entire menu has changed, we still liked it and the pesto chicken parm was great.

Read moreI like Veggie Grill a lot—the food is good and the menu is varied enough that you can eat healthy and or sate unhealthier cravings in the same sitting if that’s what you are feeling. It’s mostly diner type food- burgers, chikn sandwiches, nachos, chikn tenders, fries etc. But also they have salads that eat as a meal and grain bowls with tempeh/tofu and greens etc.
Pros: Love the all vegan menus always!, Solid brand, hasn’t let me down yet , Nice selection, they even have a few dessert items

The Best “Classic burger,” best fries, regular or sweet potato, made to order salt or no, best salads, all customized to your preferences and needs. Food is all amazing. Staff are awesome people. I’m vegan and GF and it’s perfect. Right next to a Burger joint and we never wish for one. You won’t be disappointed. It’s our go to fave and we live 1/2 mile from Plant Power in Encinitas. #Veganuary

I got the Yo Egg Huevos Rancheros. This "fried egg" was so good! Even my non-vegan dad thought the egg was real. I also got chocolate chip cookies, they were very delicious. My bowl was bigger than I was expecting and very filling. Definitely will be coming back when I'm in the area!

We came here since it was super close to Legoland and we are beyond pleased to have come here. Every one of the items we got was delicious. Both kids, myself and husband all loved it. My incredibly picky 9 yr old said it was her favorite restaurant ever. We got the texmex nachos, crispy cauliflower, kid burger, kid chck’n tenders, and a buffalo chik’n sandwich.

Veggie Grill never fails to impress. I had the Steakhouse Burger this time and swapped the beyond burger for a veggie burger. The veggie burger was just okay though - it broke apart too easily and the texture was a bit off.
