Absolutely amazing - Edit
I’d heard great things about veggie grill before and I was excited to finally go. I got the fish tacos (which were crispy and delicious and tasted just like real fish tacos) and the loaded nachos (really good! The nacho cheese and sour cream were stellar)—then had the lemon raspberry cake for dessert. The cake was absolute heaven. The staff were super friendly and the food is so affordable! Can’t wait to go back and try their burgers!!!

I got the steakhouse burger with default black bean mushroom patty. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The reviews made me reconsider going but ultimately I’m glad I came here.

Their menu and all the pictures make it look amazing but we were not impressed with our meals. It just didn’t live up to the hype. I got the Chickpea Masala Bowl and my friend got the kids Mac and Cheese Meal. Apparently his sweet potato fries were good, but that’s about it. I support their cause and everything they’re doing, but I probably won’t be back unless I’m in a pinch.

This location feels like the least consistent poorest quality of all the locations. Unfortunately its closest to home and I still find myself driving over the hill rather than chance it. Cold food, long waits even when empty, missing items, burnt food. On and on. And this was pandemic so I'm not faulting them unfairly. The only location worse is Santa Monica. Irvine and The Grove are the best locations.

So Many Delicious Options! - Edit
Veggie Grill has become my go-to for quick vegan food. There’s a great variety of options to choose from and I love that you can earn points towards some free food! My current favorites are the VG Classic burger, the Buffalo wraps, and the Far East bowl. Everything is so flavorful! I do miss the Mondo Nachos, though😒The newer Southwestern Nachos aren’t as enjoyable for me, but I’ll still order them if I’m craving nachos (I really really love nachos 🙈).

My partner and I got the buffalo chickn wraps & nachos with sweet potato fries. Let me say that all the food was SUPER tasty. My only gripes were we asked for no ranch and Got lots of ranch, and then asked for chipotle aioli and got ketchup. I would’ve wanted the attention to detail when handling my order, but we wiped off the ranch and kept it pushing. The textures, flavors and that chocolate mousse 😍 good!

First my to go order was wrong and super cold. After opening the salad there was mud all over the lettuce (super gross!!) and the “quinoa salad” had no quinoa like none. I used to really like this place but unfortunately I will not be dining hear again.

We always visit Veggie Grill when we come to the LA area. We have never ever had a bad experience. The sevice is always wonderful and the food is equally good. I soooo wish we had one in Vegas!!!!

Read moreI’m a huge fan of bowls so I usually order one of their bowls and it fills me up easily. My bf decided to get the buffalo bomber and was surprised at how savory the sandwich tasted.
On a random week night, it was pretty lively but the food came out in a decent speed with everything tasting amazing as usual.

We had actually a very filling meal BUT I do feel like some of the options even though they're vegan are not super healthy (such as the deep fried beans etc..) I do prefer my food on the healthy side plus the atmosphere to me at all the veggie grill locations seems too "cafeteria style", again that's the way they roll but I like to dine in a more cozy atmosphere.

Cauliflower-mashed potatoes, Bad Boy Burger, Harvest Bowl ... I could go on about all the wonderful entrees here. The chocolate chip cookies and carrot cake are really good, too. Servers are really friendly when they take my order. Good prices and good portions. I knock a star off because sometimes tables are left dirty a long time. Also, because I used to love the All Hail Kale salad until I found out it's bathed in oil and thus has mucho fat grams.

I love ordering the quinoa burger with sweet potato fries and a power salad. The drinks are pretty great as well and not too sweet. Parking at this location can be a bit of a pain but that's probably the only downside. Pretty much the same as other veggie grills.

Veggie Grill has such a special place in my little vegan heart. It's the one place that, without fail, I can take my meat eating friends and they say nothing but positive things. The food is great, the servers are always the nicest, the price is very reasonable, they serve alcohol and you can earn points for your purchases. If you are new to VG the must have items are the buffalo mini wraps, the Banh Mi salad, All Hail Kale Salad with blackened tempeh and the sonoran winter bowl. Just unreal. I cannot say enough good things and I go there once a week without exception.

Haricots Verts - French green beans with sea salt and a lemon tahini sauce. This is on their summer menu. If you like green beans, you should try this dish. It was very good, and I loved the flavor of the sea salt and the tahini on the green beans.
Chicken Tacos - You get three tacos and I wanted to get 1 chicken + 2 fish, but they wouldn't allow this, even though the price is the same for both.
Anyway, the chicken tacos were flavorful, but I'd enjoy some regular salsa, instead of the chunks-of-tomato salsa.
Gold Yukon fries - delicious, crisp, fresh, perfectly seasoned!
Chargrilled Street Corn - I love corn and another location seasoned the corn SO great that when I got my corn I immediately noticed the lack of seasoning. I even showed the staff the picture of the corn from the Encino location and their only response was that it shouldn't have been made that way. Well, THAT way was awesome, as opposed to this location's bland way. They offered no suggestion to rectify it either. I ended up putting some salt and pepper on it to save it.
Aside from the corn snafu, everything was great. I love VG and hope they expand to my city.
