Best vegan crab dumplings - Edit
I've been obsessed with finding a good crab rangoon since I went vegan in 2000. This is the closest I've ever had to my teenage memories...

Fantastic - Edit
We tried the papaya salad, beef pho and pad Thai. All were fantastic! A bit on the sweeter side to what we are used to in Thailand but really authentic otherwise. I had never had a Thai iced tea but it was really nice! Our server was lovely and attentive.

Excellent Thai cuisine - Edit
Los Angeles has the best Thai vegan, and Veggie House is a gem among terrific options. A little hard to find, and parking is on the street behind the store, but worth the effort.
Read moreFor five people I ordered golden tofu, high protein salad, pad Thai, rad naa, yellow curry, and red curry, each with a different protein since you get to specify.
The total came to about $100 including tax and a generous tip, and was more than enough for the five of us (our lucky host had lots of leftovers). I will be back on my next trip to LA

We’re lucky enough to live near this place and have had takeaway food at least 20 times. The menu has a ton of variety and is Some of the best vegan food in LA. Get the red curry and egg rolls.

Great Stop! - Edit
I needed a quick meal on my way out of town. I found this place on the Happy Cow app and gave it a shot. I ended up ordering the Crispy Seaweed Roll which was very tasty and unique. I would definitely come back to try other items on the menu.

Favorite restaurant! - Edit
This place is fantastic! Small little restaurant with an extensive menu and a friendly staff. A lot of items can be made gluten-free on request. Definitely recommend trying this place out. Curries are a must, pad thai is great, as are the appetizers. Also met the love of my life there (when it was Vegan Express) so that's an added bonus for me.

Delicious Asian food! - Edit
Definitely one of the best vegan Thai restaurants I've been to! They have a pretty extensive menu and it was hard for me to narrow down what I wanted. I ended up choosing the chicken satay and Veggie House salad. The peanut sauce for the satay was amazing! I tend to rate Thai restaurants by their peanut sauce and this one didn't disappoint. The Veggie House salad was equally amazing! It was similar to a Vietnamese bun salad but this one was more sweet. I would definitely order this dish again when I return. The only downside to this restaurant is the parking. There's no parking in front and about two spots in the rear alley. Well worth it though!

Delicious! - Edit
Food was amazing! But i will recommend to get it delivered. Dining in here is not the best. U get ignored hardcore. Its like u have to beg the waiter to acknowledge you to get your drink order. Then your order. Then the check. And do not expect him to check up on you at all during ypur meal. But other than that the food is delicious at a great price!

My #1 - Edit
OK I GET IT there are tons of other places but this place means so much to me. It is one of the og spots that I started going to. 6 years ago there weren’t all these options and Veggie House was always there for me. All vegan. The staff is close (I think they are family) and it has a very not stuck up and homey vibe. Food is great with so so many different choices.

Eat here. It’s great. They delivery but also if you are going to eat there and you’re like “screw this it’s on cahuenga there is no parking” wrong....they have parking behind the building so get up there.
Forever in my heart and in my stomach. Thank you Veggie house for always being so kind and sweet to me all these years ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hidden gem - Edit
Well tucked away this little gem will surprise. First, parking is in the back. Easy to miss! Don’t let the unassuming building fool you, they have a lovely outdoor seating area and cozy indoor space. Food is what you’d expect as authentic, tasty, full of flavor and the staff are extremely accommodating. One of the better Asian spots around in my opinion.

Great Stop off the 101 - Edit
We chose this place because it was right off the 101 Freeway on our way home. On a cold day the Tom Yum Noodle Soup was perfect and Frank was so sweet to bring our table warm water and a heater. Frank also made fantastic recommendations. AMAZING FOOD!! Wow! We will definitely come back the next time we are traveling by!

Bad Delivery Service - Edit
We ordered online and the wait time was estimated at 1 hour. I figured that was a safe guess on their part and that it wouldn’t take long, boy was I wrong! I called them an hour and a half after I ordered and just got a fax tone. Finally they called my number (that I left online with my order) and asked were we were located (stayed at a nearby hotel). We got our food TWO HOURS after we ordered. Needless to say it wasn’t hot, or even warm for that matter. The food however was delicious, but I’m not sure if that was because we were starving at that point!
