Showcases a farm-to-table seasonal dinner menu where each dish is prepared with organic produce from the property’s farm or sourced from other local Sicilian farmers. Un’ambientazione perfetta per una cena completamente vegetariana/vegana - Edit
Siamo stati qualche giorno fa a cenare lì. È stata una bella esperienza, ambiente molto rilassante con pochi tavoli sotto il portico alberato, offrono un menù di 4 portate a km zero completamente vegetariano e vegano su richiesta. Una bella realtà, lo consiglio!

Me and my girlfriend came for our anniversary, the food is the food you can find in a starred restaurant, every serving had a story, well deigned and full of flavour. A very good choice for the little money you spend.

Finalmente un menù cruelty free! La Sicilia è bellissima ma i ristoranti propongono una quantità di carne scandalosa! Trovare Vivi Vinu è stata un’esperienza che è andata oltre il cibo. La location è strepitosa. Aperitivo ai bordi della piscina a sfioro, con tramonto sulle colline. Poi 4 portate una più interessante dell’altra! Molti Ingredienti coltivati da loro, piatti che riprendono la tradizione, presentati con sapienza, esteticamente belli e soprattutto gustosi. Il tutto accompagnato da un vino naturale notevole. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. Il titolare presenta personalmente i piatti e riesce a trasmettere con garbo la vision del posto. Il prezzo è adeguato.

Esperienza per tutti i sensi - Edit
Posto meraviglioso, dall’ingresso in stile toscano col vialetto dei cipressi per poi passare ad una campagna rigogliosa di piante aromatiche, 60 specie circa. Vigneti, campi di grano..un contesto che già di per se bellissimo è impreziosito da una posizione collinare con vista tramonto unica. Per godere di questo ci avevano suggerito di arrivare leggermente prima della cena.
Read moreAperitivo con veduta a bordo piscina con possibilità di girare intorno alla proprietà per apprezzare il panorama e la vastità di piante da loro coltivate. La cena invece ha avuto luogo in un altro spazio più raccolto con piatti e servizio di qualità. Ci siamo sentiti accolti fin da subito da un personale gioviale e competente.
Un ringraziamento di cuore a Stefano che ha realizzato un oasi di “mucche felici e ragù innocenti” e allo staff molto familiare che ci ha accompagnato per tutta la serata: Emanuele, Matteo e Benedetta.
Esperienza indimenticabile.

Menu prevalentemente vegano a prezzo fisso. Presenti alcuni formaggi da allevatori locali. Ingredienti a km 0, tutto squisito. Struttura ricercata ma informale. Un plauso al servizio e a tutti i ragazzi che ci lavorano.

Amazing place to eat and stay - Edit
Vegetarian restaurant with lots of vegan options. Almost all vegan, really, except for using cheese for some dishes (it's Italy after all). Also a great place to stay in the countryside. (Also offers Yoga and staff is super friendly)
