Excellent vegan options, a bit expensive

Nice clearly labeled vegan options in the Vox restaurant of the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Changing seasonal menu.

The restaurant is more on the noble/fine dining side, so a bit pricey and not for everyday visit.

Had a pumpkin chestnut soup as a starter, topinambour black truffle as main dish with a small salad on the side and a chocolate sorbet with quince as dessert. Everything was fantastic. Portions could have been a bit larger.

All in all a nice experience. The service is very attentive, at first they brought me a non vegan dessert but they changed it immediately without me saying anything.

Saisonales Menu mit wechselnden Gerichten. 3 tolle Texturen der Pastinake und überraschend leckerer Butternusskürbis. Bemüht, vegane Optionen anzubieten.
