Very good

I enjoyed it, a bit too oily but pretty good, great location when exploring.

Not all vegan!

For 200 RMB I got five small dishes and a drink. The food quality is really good and could have the potential for a fine dining experience. Unfortunately, the atmosphere doesn’t feel like a premium restaurant (dirty restroom, paper cups etc). Also, some dishes contain milk or eggs!

Amazing vegan fine dining!!

Vegan fine dining! Take my money! The base price as of this writing for a several course meal (I was easily filled) was 399 RMB. You could add several courses for a top price of 799. They also have tea pairings.

The food was fantastic. The experience was superb. There wasn’t a ton of English to go around, but the staff was very determined to not let that affect the experience, so they phone-translated everything. They take visa or the standard apps. I also walked in with no reservation and it was no problem. Contrary to the hours listed, I believe they are closed from 2-5pm.

For vegan fine dining (Michelin/black pearl) in Shanghai, I tried both this place and Fu He Hui. Fu He Hui is vegetarian but they can make an all-vegan menu. Both restaurants are stellar, but Fu He Hui is more than double the price.

If you’re after fine vegan dining, definitely give this place a try!

Incredible Food

It is on fourth floor at the corner of the temple. A number of different set menus. It’s quite expensive, but worth it for a treat. Beautifully presented and extremely creative meal. Will stay in the memory for a long time!
