Vegan pioneer Matthew Kenney brings to Doha his plant-based approach to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, creating vibrant adaptions of traditional dishes. Modern vegan restaurant features sustainable surroundings including lush green walls alongside birdcages, giving guests the feeling of dining in an exotic forest. Menu items may include chargrilled eggplant, mezze platter, beetroot kebbe, harissa glazed cauliflower, olive oil panacotta and more.
