Lovely food and nice atmosphere - Edit
Went with my (non-vegan) family, and the vegan ramen sounded so good that 3 of the 4 of us got it! Vegan items were clearly marked on the menu, which is always a relief. We also ordered avocado sushi and the vegetal futomaki, which were great. The ramen was very tasty and I particularly liked the tofu. The place also had a nice vibe, would definitely recommend.

good food - Edit
The veggie ramen, was very tasty, though the toppings could have been more exciting. the avocado maki was good. water is free. only downside was that the restaurant didn’t open until 20:30 even though the sign on the door said 20:00.

Vegan Ramen was REALLY good. - Edit
This place has been open for 9 months according to the waitress. They also have a place inside the san Fernando market. We just happened to come across it as we saw a sign outside saying vegan ramen. Everything vegan is clearly marked as vg. The service was really good and the decor was lovely. We only tried the Ramen but I am sure all other vegan options are also good. Will definitely be back.

Vegan ramen to spoil yourself - Edit
It's not easy to find vegan ramen across Madrid. Not advertised like that, at least. So if you crave some vegan ramen, this is your place. To make your decision even easier, they have an affordable daily menu on working days at lunch. Considering that Japanese food tends to be a bit expensive, 12,90€ for a 3 course ramen menu with a drink included, is definitely a good choice. On the con side, there are no vegan desserts, and not many vegan options apart from these ones. However they're really, really tasty.
