BEST Crispy Chick’n!!

Chef Shamika’s food is 100% vegan and she is a WIZARD with that crispy cauliflower chickn!! It’s breaded, crunchy perfection - well seasoned and just a little spicy. My favorite version she makes is the fried chicken sandwich. She really out-chickened KFC!!! 🤯🤯

I’ve also tried some of the other offerings like Chickn and Waffles (AMAZING!) and the crispy BBQ cauliflower soul food dinner with mac n’ cheese, greens and beans (very good). Her vegan mac n’ cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had.

The only con I would say is long wait times. I once had to wait more than an hour for my food. Come with patience, and remember this is a one-woman show. ❤️

Delicious BBQ

I LOVED that cauliflower. I love spicy and it was delicious. The greens had great, flavorful seasonings too. The beans had a ground that was different...but delicious. I look forward to more opportunities.
