Excellent Variety - Edit
This restaurant has the best variety of vegan options of any sushi restaurant I've been to. I'm not even a fan of eggplant but they managed to make it delicious. The tempeh teriyaki is fabulous. They have a variety of nigiri, sushi rolls, tempura, and appetizers that are unique and flavourful. Their miso soup is also homemade and features cubes of tofu, enoki mushrooms, and kombu.
Read morePrices are reasonable for a fine dining restaurant. The restaurant itself is super cozy and feels very comfy to sit in. Most of the tables are booths, which is prefer.
The bento boxes with veggie tempura, tempeh teriyaki over rice, stir-fry veggies, side salad, and eggplant nigiri is a great deal and you will get to try out some of their best dishes. The agedashi tofu can be made vegan if you double check that the sauce does not have fish in it (it seems to have fish stock in it but they will bring it with soy sauce if you ask)
The only negative is that they will not make inari rolls. I really enjoy making them at home and they are easy to make (just put inari skins inside of the roll like any other filling) but for some reason Yua doesn't do this.
Pros: Super cozy and relaxing atmosphere, Unique dishes, Lots of options
Cons: No inari rolls

Super good sushi - Edit
It was the best sushi I have ever had. No need to drown it I'm soy sauce and Wasabi, this food was incredible on its own, you could taste the care and attention to detail. They even offer vegan miso soup! The staff was wonderful and so was the ambiance

Wow, just wow! - Edit
You probably expect vegan sushi to be a bit plain and boring....not at Yua!
Read moreI was blown away by the presentation and unique taste.
There was beet, grilled or marinated shitake Inari, rolls with beet, avocado and a thin slice of picled beet, a plantain Inari (I believe), grilled carrot...
They also have red pepper, okra and eggplant.
The vegan miso has a variety of seaweed too.
Pricier than the run of the mill but well worth it.
Pros: Many vegetable crafted sushi, Nice decor , Vegan tempura
