Amazing hand made noodles and sauce. - Edit
Outdoor seating in the summer with trees is great. Food it really tasty and in good portions. The bib is a great addition to keep your clothes clean if you splash the sauce. The hand made noodles go really well with their sauces. Crab cake starter was delicious.

Read moreAs I had problem with choosing one dish (everything sounds delicious) I've taken a Zestaw Yuby (Yuba's set).
Firstly I get Tom Yum soup and I was a bit disappointed - the soup tastes more like Polish tomato soup - it was missing spiciness, I didn't felt any galangal or kaffir.
Secondly I get spicy tomatoes together with tteokbokki with oyster wings.
I loved the mix of crunchy of wings and chewy tteokbokki, everything good seasoned, full of umami flavours.
Potatoes tastes as Polish-Asian fusion, although, personally I felt lack of spices.
Good portions.
Overall I went out sated and satisfied.
The stuff was super nice but the service was slow. I was waiting around 40 min for a dish. I've asked for tap water which I did not get - paying the bill I got informed that the tap water is in a counter and I should take it by myself :/

Delightful restaurant. There is no indication of how wonderful this restaurant is when you approach it from outside. Walk down the steps and enter into a vegan paradise. It even has a gorgeous tranquil outdoor seating area. The food is outstanding and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Stylish, ultra friendly and relaxing. The food is beyond awesome. I had a richly delicious Tantammen dish. A ramen themed bowl full of flavour with a hint of chilli and disturbingly good fake pork. We also had a pad Thai full of succulent tofu pan fried in “egg” and noodles. An essential place to visit in Poznan.

If you're looking for an authentic Vietnamese cuisine this is the place for you. No matter if you're vegan or not, you'll be amazed by the flavours and aromas of Asian herbs and spices. Don't forget to try some of the homemade drinks. Surprisingly, coffee is also excellent in Yuba.
