i got the vegetarian ramen (with no egg) and it was great. it’s definitely a great place to go with friends and family who aren’t vegan because there are lots of options for everyone. (i recommend that you make a reservation because they’re usually pretty busy)

best ramen i’ve ever had with mushrooms, veggie broth, bok choy, and other options (vegan sushi rolls, and edamame).

Good custom vegan rolls. All miso and dashi has fish, and the noodles are eggy. - Edit
Get the plain veggie ramen broth as a “miso soup” alternative. It’s a delicious and complex veggie/vegan broth. I sat at the sushi counter, which meant an eyeful of animal innards =(. Avoid that if sensitive. The food is delicious, but vegan options are super slim, aside from custom made rolls.

Great Vegan Sushi - Edit
My husband and I go here monthly. We eat vegan and GF. Even though it is not a fully vegan restaurant, the vegan rolls are awesome. We always get the Beatrix Kiddo and O-ren-ishi. And the staff is wonderful and provide some of the best service in Park City.
