Dear Mr. Angelakis, Thank you for your comment and we are sorry about your experience. According to our records we haven’t received any order with the two mentioned pizzas in the last week. Therefore we kindly ask you to contact us on storemanager@pizzare.com with your order number and date of your presumed purchase in order to verify if somenthing went wrong with your delivery and to assess the eventual compensation. Pizzare has the best quality standards. Our crust are done only with Italian Flours from 5 Stagioni (used by the best Pizzerie in Italy) and the dough is matured for 48/72 hours before to be served. We are using only Bio Vegan substitute Palm Oil free, all the ingredients and vegetable toppings are grilled and daily freshly prepared in our kitchen. Therefore we would like to understand what went wrong with your delivery, eg. the steam from the pizza that is kept too long in the boxes could have impact on the quality of the product.
