50+ and fabulous! 100% Vegan since 2019 (vegetarian since 1993). I did it for the animals, learning more about the meat and dairy industry was important since I can remember - the extra bonus is since becoming fully Vegan I have also never looked or felt better. It helped me through a difficult menopause and made me the healthy person I am today.
