I've been vegan (which is a philosophy, not just a diet eh) for twenty years. 😎 – I used to live in a Paris with barely five vegan restaurants... Being in better shape and looking younger than most people my age, I'm hopefully a living proof that trying to be humane (with a "e") is a good way of life. 😋
