Hi, I’m Grace. In January 2022 I went Vegetarian and in April 2022 I went vegan. I went vegan primarily for the animals, but the health, and environmental reasons are a great plus! My husband went vegan in November 2022 for health reasons. It’s been An amazing experience so far. I’ve learned so much about different cuisines I had never previously tried and I’ve honestly learned vegan food is SO GOOD. Let’s just say the vegans know how to cook. My hope is to spread knowledge about veganism compassionately, and remove some stereotypes associated with the label “vegan”
