I try to remember that everyone is facing an internal battle. It may or may not be visible in some way. It might be something that we carry alone because nobody knows about it. If it is known, it may not be perceived as a big deal, because we're not all bothered by the same things in the same way. This may result in motivation or prove to be an obstacle to being able to make positive changes. All of this drives me to be more compassionate, to judge less, compare less and be more open.
