Hello, I am Karo and I love to travel and try vegan versions of regional cusine. I collect vegan cookbooks with recipes from different countries and try my best to replicate the flavours at home. I was raised on Polish pierogi, schabowy (I was arguing since young age with my family so they let me not eat that) and sałatka jarzynowa and now I enjoy them even more since preparation involves no harm.
