Pescatarian since the 70's, Vegan for a few months. Retired last Fall, work part time in a national chain grocery with "healthy" products. Sigh Always a foodie and research junkie, so consumed now with learning about Veganism + how it can help us work towards making progress with the United Nation's Global Goals! Also, a new Vegan product tester + taking courses on coaching others who want to lower their carbon footprint and adopt healthier lifestyles. Whew! Hope that's not too much!
