I am Mariska, and together with my husband and dad of our 4 kids we are living in Xàtiva, Spain. We are from the Netherlands, but since the summer of 2023 we live in Spain. We are vegan since april 2018. As a lifestylecoach and personal trainer I like to take care for my body and that of my family as good as possible. So for me it's totally normal that we've become a vegan lifestyle!
