Since 2005, I've been organizing a number of Japanese cooking classes with several specialists in Paris, Tokyo and now mainly in Kamakura. These workshops focus on Japanese vegan cooking for foreign visitors and teaching recipes that can be easily adopted in their home countries. ​The importan​ce for me is​ to present ways of cooking that can be enjoyed together, even when we come from different culinary backgrounds. With ​my years of experience working in publishing, ​I prepare the manuals and references ​about Japanese vegan style cooking in English and in French for the websites Idees Japon and Idees Kamakura.
