Hi! I’m Soph and I’m from West Sussex near to Arundel. I started my plant-based journey in November 2019 and haven’t looked back. I am a proper foodie and love to cook and create recipes. I love finding local restaurant/cafe food spots and supporting local businesses. I am also a singer and musician so I’m both creative at work and in the kitchen...maybe I should combine the both?!
